        Since new superintendents took over in Oct 2019 building has gone downhill. Bedbugs not being treated, cockroach infestation, rats on 12th, 3rd and 1st floors, cleanliness is not to godliness of health and safety. Every few days in the middle of the night/day power goes off. Also, to raise the rent above guideline, starlight investments and Sightline every 2 years sells the building to each other after renovations to common areas not needed and take all tenants to court. FYI: Metcap living property management has been and still is the management for both starlight investments and Sightline.
