Ive been in Canada for many years and worked with a few brokerages before. Definitely this one is the worst!

I wouldnt recommend this brokerage to anyone, especially wouldnt recommend working with Jaber Zreik! He has no manners and acts very suspiciously!! I didnt trust him and you shouldnt too! He was using arguments and loopholes, that Im sure were borderline ilegal in order to convive me to close a deal. When I went to complain with the office, I was treated rudely by the staff. Just HORRIBLE customer service in general!!!!

Worst experience I had in my life, NEVER use this brokerage if you want to sell your house. I had JABER ZREIK listing my house who was very unprofessional with zero knowledge about the market. He didnt get me any decent offers and was literally harassing me with his pushy phone calls and msgs all the time to sell the house. Then he refused to take down the listing and asked me for 5000$ to remove it. His breakage wont do anything about it so I had to wait till the listing expired. He lied to me about having the option to take it down anytime. Now he is taking me to court asking for 33,600$ scamming me for not selling my house. Shame on the real estate board to give someone like him a licence!
