Eric took the stress out of selling our home. Initially we thoroughly discussed the process and what to expect. We've used Eric twice now, once as first-time home buyers and then again to sell our home 8 years later. He was recommended by numerous friends of ours so we knew we had someone we could trust. For our first-time home buying experience, Eric took the time to explain the process but also was very informative on any repair/reno costs involved with the houses we were viewing. Our home sale was everything we could hope for: fully booked viewings, multiple offers, and over asking.
