        This was my first time purchasing a home and unfortunately I end up with this company. Worse service and their workmanship is horrible they hired in experience people to work and to build their home in other to save cost. if you want a nightmare in a new home purchase Marina homes Poor communication, the company does not respond to customer email or phone call in regards to major issues pertaining to the home after purchasing. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the home. They ruined my experience in first time home buyer experience

        They must of hired a good bunch of people ie:(TRICIA..RAE) because I have completely changed my mind about MARINA HOMES now I had a couple of issues and they were addressed and completed in no time NOW i feel like this is a builder that cares and its a good feeling.. THANKS again...TRICIA...
