Multi-Specialty Medical Clinic 8AM-11PM everyday

Terrible clinic, they not organized at all. I am 3 time and finally can see a specialist. One person says there is a specialist and the other says no specialist available. Waited over 1 hr for a specialist but he was unavailable any way. Very poor service, if you can go somewhere else do not waste your time. I had also very bad experience during COVID but maybe during this time every where was bad.

I registered online at around 10: 220 pm and the system asked to come to the clinic. After arriving at around 10 :45 pm, i noticed there were still pt. In the office, the receptionist asked me to fill my information on the computer and wait to see the doctor. I asked would the doctor see me? He replied Yes, just fill all your information on thr computer and wait. I did and sat in the waiting area. Then, the receptionist reached me and said that the doctor will not see me. I asked why, he replied, he'll not see any more patients today. I explained that I registered online and came all the way and fill my information in the clinic and was asked to wait? He then chaged his voice tone and started talking in very intimedating way and threatened me and another ver sick patient who register after me to call 911/ police to take us out. I was lucky to meet the doctor at the his office door and explained that I needed a refill and my family physician and pharmacy are closed due to long weekend. He said and I quote * I would see you but your name isn't in my schedule*. As a professional in the medical field, I know that the doctor can't refuse a patient after filling a chart ,registering his/ her name and health card number in the office unless that doctor has physical or mental incapacity to treat the patient. I wasn't ready for such unfortunate situation so I would advice each and every patient to have his/ her camera on when they enter the place to record any intimedating negative behavior by the staff and report it the Ministry of health and the college. And definitely avoid this clinic.

Foolish scammy doctors that get a lot of laughs at er (bc that's where u end up bc of their inept and idiotic diagnoses + cArE) and silly little receptionist girlies that are there to Not Treat People like Human Beings and lose your results and appointments!! the doctors' quality issue is a serious concern but the admin are Actively Trying To Cause Harm u guys will be treated the same way someday tho so I'm ok w not reporting any of u (even tho everyone's "self employed") and I wish those of u touching off from medical reception a very slow career progression indeed
