Brought my son for cough on friday evening with Dr. Vo, such a nice doctor and receptionist was very helpful.

I would rate them a negative star if I could. This is probably the worst walk-in Ive ever been too, not even an over exaggeration. The receptionist here are rude, disrespectful and definitely lack BASIC social skills. And by basic.. I mean a simple hi, how can I help you? Im still surprised they even have their jobs. Dr. Vo isnt very friendly either. I told him that I would rather be in the room with my mom during her appointment, so I can translate some of the things that the doctor was saying. Also because I can ask some additional questions I had. He said that as long she understood a little bit of English I had to leave the room, and practically forced me out of there. I was so angry that if it wasnt for my mom needing medical attention I wouldve walked out right then and there. If youre looking for caring and compassionate doctors, and half decent service. I suggest you stay WAY clear of this clinic and look to book an appointment somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.

convenient location. but staff and doctor extremely unhelpful. said they were going to set up appointment for me but after month no news. they only want government money but does not provide any care. waste of location and government funding. I hope they close down soon. The doctors clearly dont care about you. pls avoid as much as you can so they will not have more business
