MCI The Doctor's Office Meadowvale

Absolutely horrendous, non existent service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach reception. Cant make an appointment if you tried. Dr Saleem has been our family doc for 20 years. We are in the process of getting a new family doc. Enough is enough!

I even called at 18:30 to confirm the clinic is open until 20:00, and I got there 5 minutes later just to see a sign on a locked door. Why do doctors enjoy playing around and wasting patients time so much? If youre going to close over an hour early then the least you can do is update the phone greeting!

Fod prescription refill i was asked by a doctor to virtually call over. The front lady told me i should come by and see the dr. What a waste of time

Had my family doctor here. They left, applied to be on the list for a new family doctor. Injured my hand. Went in to get help, was refused a referral to a hand specialist in order to have someone see my hand for medical attention for no particular reason. This place lost most of its good doctors, they left for whatever reason.
