I had an appointment at 11 am. I was asked to fill up a form coz its my first time in their clinic. As soon as I finish it, he encoded it in the computer. Right after, he led me to the waiting room. In a minute, the doctor came in and checked on me. Dr. Sayed is really a GOOOOOD DOCTOR. He adviced me about my medications and other things which I can do. I was never informed before what I learned from him. Thank you. Thumbs up!

Not sure of why this place is not rated higher? We had a great experience. Seen fairly promptly for a walk in, pleasant reception and the doctor was wonderful.

I wish give 5star to Dr Qasim he is wonderful Dr but you should take action against your front receptionist please she rude never pick up phone if pick up phone they never give appointment or walking since after 2021

Wonderful experience with Dr. Sayed but receptionists should be replaced. The reputation of a wonderful doctor is waning due to the bad staff. Dr. Sayed is kind, decent and empathetic but receptionists try their level best that you never reach to a wonderful doctor.

This place was very helpful when my 2 year old son was sick so Im not sure about all these awful reviews Im seeing? It is the norm these days that a lot of walk-in clinics are not actually completely walk-in anymore, but require appointments first. As redundant as that sounds, but thats the times we are living in now that covid has unfortunately changed things. Knowing this, I called this clinic before I wanted to bring in my son to find out if we could walk-in or had to book an appointment. It was 1230 pm when I called, they offered me an appointment right away at 1pm but my son had just gone done for a nap so I asked if there were any later times. They told me that werent and they closed at 4pm but if I just came anytime before 330 they would squeeze me in between appointments. When we did come in later we did have to wait about 30 mins but considering we didnt have any appointment even, thats really not bad at all. My son is quite the handful and was making a lot of noise in the waiting room, and he was restless so I walked him around the room holding his hand, and everyone was very understandable. When the pharmacist behind the counter saw my son seemingly sick and in pain he asked my sons symptoms and if I wanted some childrens Tylenol while I waited since I told him at the time we werent able to find it anywhere. When my son did see the doctor he was so kind and gentle with my son and funny that my son just adored him! And that is really saying something, coming from a boy who was in fact a bit traumatized from an awful hospital experience and had HATED and been absolutely terrified of every doctor he met regardless of how good they were prior. So all I can say is, this doctor truly must have the magic touch and a wonderful heart to have reached my son this way, he didnt even want to leave the office, I had to practically drag him out of there he was having a tantrum because he wanted to stay with his new friend the doctor. We got our prescriptions very quickly from the in clinic pharmacy, and overall everything was a great experience. Definitely will be bringing my son back next time he is sick.
