Do not go to this place . Wait time is 2 hours and more (I can understand its busy I wait no problem ) But it wasnt worth it at all . Dr.Amin is the worst doctor in this earth She doesnt listen to your concerns and the first thing she does is tell you to go to your family doctor . Lol , so why the heck are you a walk in clinic then . I cant ever see my doctor because she is always fully booked and it takes months for me to get in so thats why I go to a walk in clinic. She seems very upset and annoyed with her job . I tried to explain my symptoms and the reasons why I was there but she would cut me off and she rushed me out . She didnt listen to one word I said .cant believe they let such a person be a doctor . You are supposed to help people otherwise please give space to good doctors who really care about helping patients !!!

I would like the management to immediately look into these issues: On my last visit I kept calling and was only able to spoke to reception after a struggle of alomst 30 min, another weird thing is that they are discouraging the walk-ins and on top of that don't bother to respond to phone calls. It's understood that not every time the call can be picked right away but the clinic management should have some sort of mechnishm to avoid this frustration Online appointments are very common and all you need is to have some sort of software to facilitate the people who are visiting and spending huge time just for a 5-7 min of visit to their family doctor Please ask the reception desk to show some respect and talk politely to the vaisitors, politeness doesn't cost you anything rather earns respect for you Please make it pleasant for the visitors Thanks!

Had a strep test and was given a prescription for Amoxicillin and told IF they call me in 3 days fill the prescription. Never received a call. 12 days later (a Sunday) I received a call saying the doctor NEEDS to me. I asked why and was told "I don't know I'm not the doctor. Come in Tuesday between 11:00-5:00". I thought there was something seriously wrong and worried for 2 days. On the Tuesday I had to drag my 4 yr old with me and wait over an hour just for the doctor to say I was positive for Strep and if I still felt sick start the prescription. Why couldn't they phone me? Why did I have to go in? To bill ohip?

I wish there was an option for 0 stars....do not waste ur time in here especially if ur in a lot of pain due to some serious injuries....
