I was so lucky to meet Marco! I'm 40 yrs old with Knee/Lower back pain & overweight. the way Marco has trained me for 6 months. has changed and improved my issues a lot. He is not just an excellent trainer! He is super freindly and advisor as well. He cares about your nutrition , sleep and every single details that could improve your health. After 6 months , I can say my mobility improved a lot , my knee becomes way better same as my lower back. Thank you Marco. Will meet soon.

Marco is an absolute gem. Over the years, he has been universally appreciated for the work he has done with myself, family, and friends, but the biggest transformation over the last couple of years was with my son. Working with Marco has left my son fitter, more self-confident, and generally happier with himself. He is prouder of the way he looks, and is even eating better, too!
