I just completed my second degree Reiki course at the Wellness Centre and it went very well. Wendy is a highly knowledgeable Reiki Master who covered all bases and gave me the confidence I needed to continue my Reiki journey. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking out Reiki or any other service she offers!!

I'm very happy to give this recommendation. I received a referral from a family friend for Hypnosis treatment for someone close to me with anxiety. I am so relieved to have heard that Wendy and her Hypnosis treatment helped my person's anxiety and that she came out more self confident than she has been in years. I saw Wendy in 2013 for help with emotional eating. I had been trying to lose weight for years without success. With Wendys help I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. I still enjoy my treats from time to time, but the compulsion is gone and I can make a conscious decision before I indulge. I still listen to the hypnosis tape Wendy gave me several times a week and find it to be a wonderful tool for clearing my mind and getting to a deep state of relaxation. Getting help from Wendy is one of the best things Ive ever done for myself.
