Bowen Therapy Ottawa

For many many years I have had problems and much pain with my sciatica. I have spent years looking for relief. Trying different methods. It took literally one treatment with the Bowen therapy and the results were amazing. The pain was gone. This was over 2 years ago. Still no pain. Lyn is a very warm, caring person and she listen attentively when I tell her my health problems. Her main goal, I find, is to make me feel better and improve my quality of life. Which she accomplishes. She is passionate about her work and she is a dedicated person. Hope this review helps some people to be even a bit curious and give Bowen therapy a try. It is so worth it.

I would love to say that Lyn is a very compassionate and caring therapist. She loves what she does , cares for her patients ; it shows in her practice. She will do what she can to bring you relief and help you have a better pain free life . She as helped family members and friends with many issues . Highly recommended Bowen Therapy Ottawa .

My persistent hip issue was resolved after just a few treatments. Lyn takes the necessary time to identify the issue and makes specifically targeted gentle adjustments to realign the muscles. Her treatments are fantastic and I felt improvement from the first session. The RMT and Chiropractic and Accupunctur had not been able to resolve the problem over the previous months but Lyn has me back to feeling healthy.

People need to know more about Bowen! It is such a wonderful and effective alternative natural therapy that you must try it to believe it. I suffered from hip pain, stiff neck/upper back, and tight hamstring muscles. All within a short period of time, this was able to get treated with some sessions of Bowen Therapy. Truly wonderful and relaxing. And above all, Lyn is the best, most loving, kind and caring therapist one could ask for. She made me feel welcome from the first moment I stepped into her office, she has a great knowledge and ability to explain how the therapy works, she is efficient and gets straight to the point. She also has a background in nutrition and is a great cook to my understanding :) Every time, she leaves me feeling calmer, looser, lighter, loved, and well taken care of. Her personality is also very outgoing and warm. Thanks again Lyn!!
