Entuitive Compliance

The absolute WORST This "company" is used to do background checks which they say takes 24-48 hours. Well that's until THEY run into a glitch. Everything is done from my end. They have been notified from my end about the issue holding up everything that effects me not them. They say they'll create a "ticket" which solves nothing and they don't follow up. Been over a month now and still no follow up from them after documentation. Companies like this should NEVER be used and should be terminated from any company who uses there pathetic services.

Unfortunately we have to use this company, trying to do background checks, ran into some issues and couldn't get any help, tried chat didn't get a response, call the number they say to call, no answer so left message and still no call back. They certainly are quick to take your money though. This isn't the first time trying to deal with issues

Absolutely terrible customer support. I thought Cognibox was bad, but Entuitive has the worst customer support I have encountered from all the third party contractor platforms. I'm shocked they still advertise and maintain customer profiles from companies that no longer use their services.

The invoice for the annual charges is impossible to obtain despite attempting to contact the company. A ticket was opened, but it was closed without a response within 10 minutes. Follow-up attempts to reach out to the company have been unsuccessful. We would suggest that Home Depot conduct a background check on the company before hiring them to conduct background checks on other companies.

Entuitive and isb need to get better. They are both complete garbage companies, been a month and still doing the background checks when I have already uploaded all documentation. Funny thing is they will say they cant see documents on their side. Home Depot and other companies with them need to switch .
