David's initial assessment of the job and his expanation of how the job would unfold left us feeling confident that everything would go well and it did. The instllation team was very helpful, polite and took care ofour furniture. They worked long hours to get the job done on time and tidied up before they left. We would highly recommend Alexanian for luxury vinyl planking projects.

Contacted store as we were looking to redo stairs. Connected with Hamid, who was super helpful and friendly. Both Hamid and Darek came out to look at the project, they were only ones from other prospective contractors who suggested taking away sideboard the previous owners had on side of stairs to cover the sides! No one else made this recommendation. So, few weeks later Darek, Hanna and Micheal completed work and we are so thrilled. I highly recommend this team, they were professional, expedient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Alexanian!!

We are thrilled with our new stairway and second floor renovations recently completed by Alexanian Carpet & Flooring. In fact, you might say "we were floored". After years of debating, we finally took the plunge and had David and his team of expert craftsmen strip down our old stairs to the bare bones, and installed a brand new solid oak staircase leading to our second floor. Plus solid oak flooring in the upstairs hallway, and plush new carpeting in all our bedrooms. And at a cost that was significantly lower than other flooring companies we talked to. Thank you David and the Alexanian team!

We recently had the most wonderful experience at Alexanian Carpets in Newmarket. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by David. He quickly assessed our needs and provided some great options. He was really friendly, knowledgeable but also seemed to understand exactly what we needed. David helped us to pick the right carpets, stairs and flooring- he even came to the house! This was a big job but David thought of everything and made the entire process literally seamless. He stayed connected and gave us updates throughout the process. He quickly started to feel like family. I also want to give a special shout out to Derek and Olga who completed the stairs. True carpentry craftsmanship and total commitment to detail and getting right. They have a lot of pride in their work and I can see why. We are so pleased with the service, products, installation and final product. We highly recommend Alexanian Carpet in Newmarket and ask for David!

Ok people I'm so happy and impressed. I want to start by thanking Hamido, you went over and above. I purchased carpet for 4 rooms and a flight of stairs. Although there were issues with the supplier I was kept informed and never left wondering and now that it is done. I waited to write this, just incase I had anything but I'm simply HAPPY
