        I come here all the time before school and despite there being an army of workers behind the counter the service has always been slow. But today was the worst by far 8 minutes for 2 teas one ended up tasting like water with cream and the other they gave me coffee.

        This location has definitely gone down hill in the last 2 years. Quality is inconsistent and service is terrible. I will go to the competitor next door

        I dont mean to be rude but I feel like about 80% of the time, employees dont know what theyre doing. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte today but got a regular latte with pumpkin spice syrup, and I also ordered a English muffin with egg and sausage, I asked for no cheese because I prefer to not have it, but they kept being like so you just want the egg? And Im like no, egg and sausage, no cheese. Then when it was being made they asked yet again if I wanted any cheese. I did see they take it off but this experience wasnt a good one. Parking: I didnt park I walked
