Phillipson Wayne Dr

I have been with Dr Phillipson for year's and he has been a great Dr! truly enjoyable to talk to. However recently I have had difficulty getting paperwork for disability benefits and now I've been waiting for over 4 weeks to get paperwork for a return to work! Not sure if it's him or his receptionist but this seems to happen a lot. Receptionist needs to learn people skills she is the absolute worst!

Very outgoing office and does what needs to be done. But the other situations like. Whenever you try to call and get referrals they don't answer or respond as quickly. It's gotten more frustrating to be on a. Waiting list for personal reasons. Half the time they don't answer or when it does pick it's automatic voice message. Which is very annoying.

My family has been seeing Dr. Philipson for years. He and his office staff are personable and thorough. He's a great doctor. We're very lucky to have him
