        I have been a patient of Dr. Vigars for thirty years now. Dr. Vigars has been an excellent family doctor for my children and me. When he has something to tell you, he doesn't candy-coat it. He gets right to the point. Jim has always taken the time to explain things is whatever amount of detail is needed to make sure the patient comprehends the problem, the risks of treatment or non-treatment, and the possible side effects of medications. I can't think of anything more I would expect from a medical caregiver.
