Ive been playing phone tag with the office for 8 months. Theyve cancelled appointment after appointment with me, or havent followed through with appointments (over phone). I dont have a problem with Dr. Wong himself because I got to talk to him once, over the phone because there was a miscommunication during the beginning of Covid. But as office administrators they have terrible organization. Theyve had time to organize. 8 months... Ive been waiting to get in to see Dr. Wong. Thanks for nothing. Ill be asking for a referral to a new doctor.

February 2018 I was referred to a different gynaecologist and switched to Dr.Wong. 7 months I waited to get in, when I got my college schedule I called and left a message asking if it was possible to RESCHEDULE, I didn't get a call back which meant I couldn't. I showed up to my appointment today and was told that I called and CANCELED. I now have to wait longer to see a doctor because the receptionist can't get her things together. *Dr. Wong himself was very great and informative. Im glad I switched to him!
