Medigas

I have received services from Medigas in North Bay for several years, personally and professionally. With all contact, they have been very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and quick. They work to the best of their abilities. I have read other people's reviews and find them to be unfair. One also has to take into consideration the impact the pandemic had on multiple companies with supply and demand, increase in cost of everyday items. How much more are you spending for your groceries now compared to 3 years ago?

Been dealing with Medigas for 20 or so years. Service is amazing, staff are friendly and always willing to help. Ive gotten help 5 min before closing with my machine on a Friday a few times. Much appreciate the knowledge and help! Thanks!!

The staff at Medigas are superb! I have contact with them on a weekly basis through work and from the Area Manager Mandee, the Store Front Receptionist Sarah down to all the Delivery guys, including Ben & Richard, they are all amazing! Through COVID when we were all working through the pandemic they were able to supply us with any equipment we needed with very little delay! Even now with the pandemic (FINALLY) winding down, the staff continue with their amazing quick responses to our needs. I would recommend this company for any oxygen/CPAP use and equipment needs!

This company is horrible at returning calls. My CPAP has been on a recall list for two years. They called and left a message. I returned the call and left a message with them (theyre not great at answering phones there) with regards to my machine replacement. Been a few weeks and still no return call. Keep it classy Medigas.
