        This place is a lifesaver and their prices are better then most. While making a 1000km trip we were 300km into our trip when my wife asked if I remembered my cpap. North Bay was the last major city as we headed to Norther Quebec. We called all the other companies in North Bay and no one would squeeze me in despite my situation. Not only did Northern Respiratory help me out they actually had an Air Mini in stock. This unit has been sold out for years. I was even more shocked when they told me the price. It was cheaper then online retailers , plus my local cpap store charges $100 more for masks then this place. Thank you guys!!!! You are a life saver. The great customer service was just the topping on the cake.

        Service is good in person, but I have not once had them answer the phone when I call, and I cant sit and wait for them to call back when im at work so I dont leave a message. Im am not a fan of phone tag.

        I recently had a visit with Rob and his team at Northern Respiratory. My experience was exactly what I would hope for when visiting a medical/health related business. Friendly, professional, and knowledgable. They were very accommodating and I left feeling 100% satisfied that my needs were fully addressed. Great operation.

        Gettin used to CPAP took a lot of trial and error. Together we found the combination of machine and mask that works best for me. They really helped!
