        What a joke, no wheelchairs or travel chairs for rental anywhere in stock. Stores are closed, staff is unhelpful, no answers. North bay is a poor excuse for a town when no where has any accessibility for disabled individuals. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please prove me wrong when there is no where in North Bay that can provide temporary access to disability devices. Horrible and backwards. Get it together.

        We needed something specific from there. The assistant helped me great, she explained everything and the item we purchased was tax free too. You'd find everything you need from there

        My folks had a Stannah Sierra chair lift installed in their home today. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up and took the time to review the units' features and operation. The unit is excellent and the service was great. Well done guys.
