Shoppers Drug Mart

I do not like their policy of forcing people to use the self checkout and the cashier's are rude if you don't want to use the self checkouts. Also the PC point system is unreliable and sometimes doesn't load when I shop there- which is pretty much the only reason I make an effort to shop there. . But honestly, it is mostly the policy of making people use the self checkouts that makes me avoid that place coupled with the rude cashiers who don't want to serve you.

In town on a retreat, stopped in to grab a prescription and noticed that Shoppers now stock my Korres skincare line. Jocelyn on the make up counter was AMAZING! THANK YOU.

A store with a vast amount of choices nowadays this Shoppers drug Mart Carrie's everything you need from reading material and a magazine section to cosmetic and Beauty accessories, plus of course all your Prescription needs they also have a vast selection of vitamins and supplements the Post Office is conveniently located in the back and I find having a selection of essential foods at your fingertips is great a advantage to One-Stop shopping and the prices are awesome most of the time and you have the President's choice products to choose from also you have your choice of self checkout or someone's always there to ring up your goods and help you get on your way.!!!!oh yes and one last thing don't forget your LOTTO tickets.!!!!! This pharmacy, in my opinion, is completely incompetent. The people working are horribly trained and absolutely disrespectful. They make you wait 6 to 24 hours for them to fill a prescription, and then half the time I go, it's not even done and they deny ever receiving a call to fill it. This is the last time I use this 'pharmacy'. I'm tired of the people who work here. They deny receiving faxes from the doctors and make me return to the doctors office several times to which, I finally just get a copy and hand it in myself. Then I have to wait the 24 hours for them to have time to fill it??? Insane. I also get a copy of the fax receipt that proves the doctors send them the prescription to which they just blame the machine? In my several encounters at this pharmacy, I have not once had a good experience.
