One star because I bought a $7 bag of Black Diamond shredded cheese that expires on March 21st(today is Feb 20) and opened it to find some pieces of cheese with mold on them. There was more deeper in the bag. Its a good thing there was a piece with mold at the very top for me to notice or my husband and I wouldve eaten moldy chili and would have gotten very sick. Pretty disappointing. Cashiers were nice though, no complaints there. Just possible food poisoning warrants 1 star I think.

I'm grateful to this pharmacy for the pharmacist explaining that a substitution Walmart pharmacy wanted to make for one of my prescriptions was potentially dangerous. As a result, I wanted to switch over to Rexall for all of my prescription needs. My prescription requires medical supplies which I get prescribed in bulk every 2 years. This prescription is covered by my insurance. However, the pharmacist said he didn't know how to bill insurance companies for medical supplies. It's unacceptable that a pharmacist would be unwilling to even find out how to fill a prescription properly, when all it takes is a call to the insurance company. I ended up contacting Robinson's Pharmasave and they were confused about why Rexall didn't know how to bill insurance companies. Robinson's said that billing insurance for medical supplies is a common and simple procedure for pharmacies and all pharmacies should be able to do it.

Went to pick up my prescription today and inquired about the booster. The pharmacist recommended I come back after 6. When I got there at 6:05 the pharmacist called me by my name. That meant a lot to me. I was a person not just a customer... Thank you!!
