The owner let his friend in ahead of all the people that had been in line waiting outside for the walk in clinic and didnt charge her for a mask but charged everyone else for one.

I had a very negative experience with the lady at the desk. She gave us an attitude when she was informing us the doctor was very busy. That was not a problem but her tone was uncalled for and she made us feel very unwelcome. We will not be returning as we also have to pay a 12 dollar fee to use their services. Not only are you not seeing a doctor in person, the nurses are very disrespectful and you have to pay for your health care. Very unfortunate...I would have went back and paid next time if I was talked to like a human being. I was giving no reason to have deserved the attitude simply was sitting in the waiting room...

Currently in the waiting room for 3.5 hours, was told an hour ago only 2 people in front of me won't be long and I'm still here. Wait time was supposed to be 2 hours and I'm at almost double that and counting!
