Great place to live! Always present management. The man in charge of maintenance (Fotis) really takes care of everything fast, precise and with a smile.

Have been living here for almost a year now and have to say that the management and the community is excellent. Nick, Matt and the team is really very helpful. Location is also very apt - right beside subway station and Freshco. Only issue which seriously needs to be addressed is visitor parking. 19 floor apartment with more than 50 residents(I guess ) residing and only 6 spaces for visitor parking.

VIA123 has been our home since we came to Toronto. The apartment quality and the view was breathtaking on higher floors. The Pantry/Coffee room is always clean, full stacked with coffee and a great place to take your office meeting calls. The Gym has everything you need to get in shape. The Patio/BBQ Terrace/Party Room is great during summers. The community is close to everything it has a mall, groceries, retail shops, park, community center, bus stop in front of building, few minutes walk to subway, & major highways just right next to you! Nick is the property manager - is very sweet and accommodative person. He really takes care of the resident of building and does whatever in his power to ensure things run smoothly. I would like to thank him specially for getting us onboard showing us the apartment and making things very smooth for us. Food truck event, treats sometime every 3 months just adds another flavour to the community and we get to meet people in the building and socialize with them. We would definitely recommend staying in VIA123

If you consider moving to this apartment building I highly suggest you rethink this decision because it is insane how irresponsible the management company is. The building is constantly smelly/ dirty. And one of the worst ONGOING problems they have here is their elevators. It is constantly out of service and as you can see tenants line up for at least 30 minutes before you are able to go home to your apartment. This has been on going. its extremely irritating and irresponsible to be having elevators constantly out of service 5 - 10 times A MONTH!
