    Great mechanics and parts, nice people.. it would be 5 star if they used the phone or replied to emails. I assume they have as much business as they can handle so I'm patient when I try to do business with them SADLY THEY SHUT DOWN THE BUSINESS.

    Bought an LSD from them months ago and they immediately took payment without shipping first. Subsequently, they have been unresponsive. A total fraud do no purchase from! (edit) i'm expecting a response and will be updating this weekly

    I held off writing this review for a long time, longer than I should have since this business used to have a good reputation in the Z community and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with Covid going on as well. I ordered a R200 diff with a Quaife LSD back in November 2021. My interactions and timeline with the supplier so far: November 2021 - Order placed January 2022 - Email to check on the status. Response "We are currently waiting for the Quaife unit to arrive in about 2 weeks. I have the 3.90 diff here so once the Quaife is in our hands we can build the diff within a week. I'd expect it to ship in 3-4 weeks." February 2022 (5 weeks later) - Email them to ask about status. No response. March 2022 - Email again. No response. April 2022 - Email again. Response: "I have the diff here, there's just been a long delay getting the Quaife unit but i should have that here in the next couple of weeks. I should have your diff shipped out to you later this month." May 2022 - No diff. No response to my email checking back in. July 2022 - Email several more times. Ask if Quaife units are in. Response: "Yes and we are completing all diff orders in the next 4 weeks including yours." September 2022: 3 more emails have been sent. Almost 8 weeks later now, and according to the response in January the diff should have been completed a week after the Quaife units arrived. I have asked for a full refund now. My advice seeing very similar experiences from numerous other people (here, on Facebook, and on forums), DO NOT order anything from them. Whether it is intentional or not, they are not fulfilling orders and are not communicating in a timely manner with customers. **If you have an open order placed through PayPal and are having a similar experience, to get a refund make sure you dispute the charge within 180 days.** If I get a response from Mike and a full refund I will update this review.

    So to make this long and frustrating story as short as possible, I basically purchased a differential from this company back in March and he seemed legit. Fast forward to present day (about to be 6 months since Ive placed my order) I have not received any item. This guy has only picked up the phone twice throughout the 6 months of me dealing with this transaction and even then it was a hassle, and I mean a HASSLE for him to finally pick up the phone. His phone mailbox is always full and never replies to emails. It took me this one big and angry email for me to send to him so he could finally get back to me and call me and he said he was waiting for just one part to finalize my order. THAT WAS BACK IN THE BEGINNING OF JUNE. Fast word to the beginning of July and he gave me another loop around saying that my part would be shipped 4 weeks from the email (July 14th) with a tracking # but to this day Ive emailed him saying that its been past the 4 weeks and tried calling him but he never replies or picks up. So today I finally tried reporting him to PayPal and I didnt know there is a 180 day time span to report something and me giving this guy the benefit of the doubt because of COVID times and short staffed and low on raw materials for car parts I let it ride and turns out he screwed me over for $3400. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. Never received my differential either! Never answers phone or emails. DONT TRUST HIM.

    I ordered some clutch parts for my Nissan z from them recently. Communication was good, could have been better, but parts were shipped in a timely fashion. There was a small mixup in the order for one of the parts and it was quickly resolved by the shop and sent out the new part and shipping label to send the other back. Given all the issues with supply chain and how long it can take to get a simpler part for something as common as even a Honda Civic, all in all the experience was not better or worse than I expected. Communication could have been better in some ways, however I think that is a product of various factors in the economy right now which is in upside-down world if you are in the middle of it in respect to running a business with all your cost going up and having to wear 3-4 hats due to the MASSIVE issue with having to find and retain staff....leaving a lot less time for communication, or even seeing your family. I dropped a set of rims off to a shop I have been going to for years that has been rock solid for over a decade, just to have the tires taken off the rims. It took them a week and a half to get to them due to the manager having to be the parts person, front desk, mechanic, and shop cleaner. Normally 4-5 staff down to 2-3, and one in training, and on some days they are down to 1-2, which is barely enough to have someone greeting new customers.
