Repeat customer that is very disappointed with second purchase. We bought my daughters furniture here with no issues and even recommended to friends. When it came time to purchase a furniture set for our son we ordered a nicer, more expensive Pali crib and dresser. The furniture turned out to be defective with all the paint chipping off the crib, but much worse on the dresser. We were in contact with the store and were told that Pali would replace the chipping dresser top. Its been over a year and weve heard nothing after multiple emails sent.

We found the beautiful Urban Rustic crib on sale online but when we went in store they were going to charge us $100 more than listed until we showed them the website. We ended up ordering the crib in Jan 2022. The crib (not conversion kit) came around the expected time, however when we picked up the crib the cashier tried to charge us tax twice and she was very rude when I corrected her. The conversion kit FINALLY came yesterday (Apr 2023). I dont understand why they did not come together as a package and it was very disappointing that I had to continuously follow up to receive the second part my order. The crib is beautiful, but I dont feel its worth the price we paid for it.
