Avoid the furniture from this place. No quality control. Purchased a dresser from a store they supply to. There with lots of issues with finish, communication was poor, fix was poor.

TERRIBLE experience. I ordered from this place a full 2 months before I was expecting my baby because I was told the furniture would arrive within about a month to a month and a half. I emailed & called to check in a week or 2 before the end of the month that they told me it would arrive soon, they were just waiting on an update. Then I checked in again around the day it was supposed to arrive, again they said it was delayed but should arrive soon and they would keep me posted. 2 weeks after that day, AFTER I just had a baby I called again to see what was going on- justifiably frustrated that I had received ZERO updates from the company about my furniture arriving. When they checked my order number they told me it's supposed to arrive 4 MONTHS LATER! I was LIVID. As a new mom, in my postpartum phase they didn't even offer concern or sympathy or understanding to my stress and frustration of having ZERO furniture for my newborn. The manager got offended because I was mad and hung up on me. I was HORRIFIED. I called back and spoke to someone else to demand a complete refund. If you want to work with a company that has any customer service or compassion for new mothers DO NOT order from them. They will not care that you are expecting a child or have just gone through a tough labour or are in postpartum, they will just get mad at you instead of trying to help you. They will not tell you if your furniture is delayed, they will wait for you to call them. I've never experienced such terrible treatment before in my life.
