        I have been their customer for long, I purchased a hoodie in person and paid for express delivery and did not receive it at all. After several discussions with customer care barely answering the phone during operational hours they advised me to go in porson for a refund. I went back to the store since it was purchased there to receive my refund and they did not give me the refund because of customer service representatives careless work not emailing me for a refund. I am really disappointed, will not be going back to Zumiez

        I always noticed how zumies has the best customer service in the mall. They hire enthusiastic, outgoing and very nice people, I always love coming here and end up laughing with the staff over something silly
