Not bad clothes. But they charge you for a bag to put them in. Unbelievable.

I went to the store today to exchange a pant which I purchased a few days earlier. I told the lady in the entrance that I dont have the receipt but I am a member and they could look up the receipt in their system as they usually do in the past. So I went to the cashier and waited for someone to assist me. When my turn came, this lady from the entrance was came and took the pants, she instructed me to go and look for the right size. While I was looking, she came and helped me find the one I need. So everything was okay until that point. When shes done doing the record she pushed the pant in front of me so I asked if I can have a bag. She said 25cents! in a way like shes annoyed. I told her that I can pay 25 cents for the bag but made a comment that she doesnt need to be rude to me. Well, she argued that shes not being rude and when she saw another colleague she called her and instructed to deal with me and she just left. I dont know if shes a supervisor but if she is, I dont know what standard RW & Co. uses in choosing their supervisor. This ladys customer service is very bad but since I like the brand I will continue going back but I will be praying that this lady is not in the store next time I visit.

very bad service, the girls are too lazy, they don't help the customer at the cashier asking about email and they don't help to type correctly, first experience in this store. great clothes beautiful but horrible service
