Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This company has a subtle way of ripping you off. What an abysmal business model. When you try and cancel their contract they tell you to put it on hold and then charge your card without warning. The fact is that you agree to that when you sign the contract months in advance which you dont remember and so theres a charge on your card. Very dishonourable company. Sleazy.

Clean facility. Professional and friendly staff. My RMT was Grace and she was wonderful. She found all my knots and provided really good pressure to try and work them out. I can't wait to go back.!

Hand and Stone Don Mills is a welcoming spa with great customer service. The Rmts are awesome.

I had a 50 min Swedish massage with two add ons, additional 10 min and a hand treatment ($25). Few things I loved about this place: they work with a lot of hot towels, which I never had before in other places, they put a hot towel under your neck and on top of the eyes while you are facing up, hot towels on hands and feet as well and back. They turn off the light when doing the face up massage, which in other places the light is till on, (keep in mind that you has complete darkness with the towel on top, so it felt really nice not to fringe when the therapist removes it). The therapist Chin is very professional and his pressure is just what you need after a workout. The hand therapy is not really worth it to me, it is just a massage with a scrub and finish with an essential oil. It felt nice, but I will do a longer massage next time. The one and only thing I didnt like, was the face donna or cushion, it is too rigid and hurt my face, so it was hard to relax. Feedback for the manager will be to replace those with a more soft/cushion.
