***Poor customer service and unprofessional environment!! Paid for a service that I did not receive **** I have been a customer of Exfolier Rejuve for over 4 years. When I first began going for treatments 4 years ago I was really in love with the products , information Linda shares and the overall spa like experience. Being new to such services at the time- I continued to go because to be honest- I was not aware of other local services that catered to the needs of Black skin within the Toronto area. Over the years I seen a gradual decline in customer service, professionalism, and quality of service. Reading the comments below, I can relate to what many other clients experienced both good but mostly bad in the last 2 years. Most recently I purchased a service and was charged twice. When I reached out to the owner, I was told I would be able to come in for a second service. I booked 2ce. The first booking I communicated in advance that I needed to reschedule. The second booking I arrived on time- the person who was suppose to provide my service was not there nor did she call or text that she would not be available. I was told as a woman I should be more understanding- and no apology was even given Much like the other ladies mentioned who commented prior, I was made to feel like this was somehow on me to be more compassionate for tardiness. Due to living far away I asked for a refund- because it was just too far for me to commute again/ find time after work to come in for this service. I was told by the owner it was not possible to get a refund at that time and that I would have to wait for the service provider to process a refund (even though I processed my payment with the owner and booked my appointment with the owner). 24 This was completely unprofessional and demonstrates complete disregard for clients time. This was also not the first time that my services were rendered extremely late. Trying to contact her regarding the refund is almost impossible. The customer service number is never answered, and they take very long to reply. 24 hours later - still no follow up from the service provider. Moving forward I would not return for as there are many other local service providers who cater to melanated skin who are professional, informational and provide a luxurious welcoming experience .

I had an amazing experience with Briana (Mother Of Curl) . I had been experiencing a lot of breakage with my natural hair, I was in desperate need of a treatment and consultation. Ive been in search of a stylist that has the ability to not only provide a service, but also educate me on products and a healthy hair routine. I walked in the salon feeling defeated and walked out feeling like a super star! I wish I could give a 10 star review, 5 stars is simply NOT enough. Thank you again Briana

Brianna is one of the greatest and nicest stylist I have ever met. She is super knowledgeable on hair and offers various hair treatments. I have been coming to her for the past two months and have done the light therapy, oxygen therapy, scalp treatment and knotless braids. I am already seeing results from the hair treatments and my hair has never been healthier. For anyone looking for a hairstylist that truly cares about black hair I highly recommend mother of curls.
