I used to like this spa for massages and hair services. I stopped going there since I had a maternity massage at this spa. The RMT was terrible and she probably had no idea how to massage a pregnant person. She asked me to lie on my belly on a pillow and I refused that. I suggested to lie on my sides but she had no idea how to apply the pressure when a person is lying on their side or how much pressure to apply. Also, she had a cough and she kept on coughing all over me. It was a terrible experience. I never went back to this spa since then.

First time visit. Facility is beautiful and larger inside then expected. Clean and many different rooms. Upstairs the receptionist was not as welcoming as I hoped for. Unfortunately, the reiki was not as thorough. I would love to go back and experience other therapy but wouldnt return for reiki.

What can I say but Thank you, thank you to my wonderful masseuse Angela who carefully massaged years upon years of stress out of my body. To say she was attentive, kind, understanding of what my body needed to heal and what my soul needed would be an understatement, I truly can't express how grateful I am to her. She gave me a few take home tasks to help with my stress and I am happy to say I have implemented them to de-stress. After my massage, I was lucky enough to have gotten a facial from a beautiful lady named Hoda who truly went above and beyond what was asked and just made me feel so wonderful and truly made me feel like I was worthy of self love and just some me time. Upon leaving I met the owner and her daughter and I must say, evey single person working at Rain spa just has the most wonderful way about them and that is perfection at a place were we are to be at our most relaxed and vulnerable. Thank you ladies, this really was an incredible experience that I will be returning for. Services: HydraFacial, Massage, Skin treatments
