Natalie was VERY knowledgeable and gentle during my session with her. She was very professional, and I even booked my follow up appointment before leaving my first session with her. Highly recommend her for all your beauty needs! I managed to stumble upon her listing after a very negative response from another "business owner" who clearly doesn't appreciate new business. Everything happens for a reason, and finding an absolutely amazing esthetician is exactly what I was after. Thank you Natalie for being amazing!

Amazing Experience! Peaceful environment and Natalie was extremely friendly and professional. She customized facial to my dry post delivery skin and advised skincare which I needed the most. Most impressive was, she spent the entire facial time with me without any distractions. 10/10

From getting to the location to leaving, I had a fantastic and well informed/relaxed time. Natalie is an absolute natural at what she does. She has a wonderful, deep passion for all skin types and knows her stuff in regards to what facial and facial products work for each skin type. As this was my first facial, I registered to do a simple cleansing facial. Natalie was so kind to ask me if I had any plans as she believed that I needed an acne facial treatment but knew the effects of what would happen after the treatment as I had my birthday event happening that same day. She understands pores and what exactly is needed for each layer of skin we all have. Natalie offered water before and after the session as well as a very detailed questionnaire that really gets you talking about yourself as well as your skin experience growing up to where you are currently. Not only will I be back but I plan to do many of my facials with her in the future as well as referring as many people as I can. Her place is absolutely clean and she is very punctual as my appointment was completed at the time that she stated it would be and I didn't have to wait to meet with her. As for the actual facial itself, it was such a relaxing experience that I recalled myself snoring and had Natalie confirm that fact lol. I cannot wait to go back and do an acne facial next as I have enlarged pores that definitely need to be handled with care. Lastly, Natalie has a wonderful facial selection of products that deal with various skin types for great prices. She uses them in the facial as well so you get to experience what the products actually do before purchase. Long story short, book as many facials with her as your skin will never be the same.

Self Care 101... Make your Esty one of your Besties :) I have been going to Natalie at Skin City Spa for almost 2 years and I have never had a bad experience, considering I have seen Nat every month for my (monthly maintenance) Brazilian wax since my first visit. Having someone who knows their stuff and who makes you feel extremely comfortable, especially when they have to look at your most private body part, is a win-win ;). That led me to exploring her other services such as the Perfect Derma Peel and the Dermaplane facial and body waxing (full legs). I have seen significant results with the completion of my peels, and intend on reaching the goal of clear skin as Natalie and I collaborate on what works best, as my skin adjusts. It is important for me to have this connection with my Esty, and because of Natalie's work ethic and comfortability, I have now entered into a second generation relationship, as my new teen now sees Nat for her monthly Cleanse and Refresh facials.
