        Banking with NBCU in person and online on their app is so easy and I love always hearing a friendly familiar voice on the other end of the phone whenever I call in for help! I have been banking with them my entire life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

        My wife and I bought our first house together with Northern Birch in 2019, and bought our second property in January 2022. We now bank almost exclusively with NBCU. The customer service is unmatched!

        Horrible to work with if you are trying to bank for a relative. My mother in law is in a nursing home, in a wheelchair, suffering dementia. My spouse has power of attorney. This bank refuses to allow her to set up an online account to access her RIFs without my mother in laws involvement, which is impossible. They send everything by snail mail, regardless of impending deadlines. Every other financial institution weve dealt with has been easy to work with. This one just puts up roadblocks.
