The tellers come off aggressive when being asked for anything other than a deposit or withdrawal. I needed a document and the teller was looking at me as if im in the wrong bank.

Hi, Unfortunately I didn't get the agent's name but her id on the transaction slip is 041. I came in February 11. I had to renew the PIN# on my credit card. I had previously gone to a different Scotia branch and the agent there said that only Scotia Visa could reset my PIN, despite Scotia Visa telling me that I had to visit a branch. However Agent 041 calmly assured me that it could be done here and efficiently renewed my PIN. Because my credit card is technically listed under my wife's name, she told me IN ADVANCE, that she was going to double-check a few things to make sure I could properly use the credit card.
