My friend from Holland wanted to surprise me by sending flowers. They said they tried to deliver, but no one was home. Arrangements were made for them to deliver today after 3:00. I still have not received the flowers. It is now 7:00pm and I told them to cancel the order and refund my friend. Not reliable.

Truly amazing engagement flowers. 10/10 experience. They were fast, efficient and very accommodating. I will definitely work with Lala florists again. Flowers are fresh, well organized and mixed !!!

The Floral Basket Arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful. And when Teleflora ( whom I ordered through), neglected to tell the Florist the order was to include a small stuffed toy, she sent my recipient three Medium stuffed toys the next day! She really went above and beyond. I would absolutely use La La Florist and Gifts again, and would highly recommend them!

Great service.. I found LaLa Florist by random search on Google Map as I was looking for some flower shops close to a friend's place where I was sending the flower to. I was very happy with my purchase.
