Good flowets sent to me by friend but terrible delivery experience

I asked the florist to put together a bouquet for my friend's graduation, specifically requesting pink lilies and white tulips with some baby's breath. However, when my friend went to pick up the bouquet and gave my name, the florist claimed to have no knowledge of it and began yelling at my friend. After a heated 15-minute argument, the lady realized that I had indeed paid for the order, but they simply forgot to make note of it. Despite this, the florist proceeded to hastily put together a bouquet that looked more appropriate for a funeral, and they didn't even bother to wrap it properly or apologize. Needless to say, I was extremely embarrassed by their unprofessionalism. I would advise others to spend a little extra money for special occasions and to avoid florists with such terrible customer service.

Staff was super friendly and I came in requesting a yellow bouquet and what I got was absolutely stunning and way more than I expected. Very reasonably priced and I highly recommend coming here!

Went here to buy some fresh flowers. The flowers were priced at $40+ dollars per small bouquet and I was disappointed to see only one rose provided in the entire bouquet, which had imperfections as well (tears on petal). Also, some bouquets were emptier than others which was disappointing.
