HELP THE CANADIAN JAMAICAN WORKERS WHO ARE BEING ABUSED BY THE FARM OWNERS

I called on Wednesday October 13, 2021, at 1:34 EST The lady could not answer if Vaccinated Jamaican Workers are required Covid test to travel back to Jamaica and she would refer my Question about Jamaican government matter to the Canadian government, I tried to re-explain and she could not listen to it, I asked for her name and she refused to provide it, This is a service paid by workers and if they treat service providers like this I could not imagine how they service the workers, 1 Star is too much.

One star is too much for the Jamaican Liaison Service! Never have I received such horrible service. The man I dealt with was the most ignorant person I have ever spoken to in my life. Very unprofessional. Not accommodating or helpful at all! I am so happy never to have to deal with them again. For those of you that do, I hope your experience is better than mine.

We have been dealing with the Jamaican Liaison Service for 8 months to have a stolen income tax cheque replaced. They indicated they filed documents with Revenue Canada over 6 months ago and were still waiting but that it could take up to a year. We called Revenue Canada today and was told a claim to replace the cheque has NEVER been received. We will be receiving a cheque directly from Revenue Canada in less than 30 days.
