        I called ghana embassy in Toronto and the woman i spoke with refused to speak Ghanaian language with me. She insisted to speak English which I told her that I do not understand. This is so sad that my own embassy can't help me in the language I understand which is "TWI".

        The direction on the website needs to be changed since they moved. It took me 2hours to get to their location at 4665 Yonge street only to realize it was moved to woodbine. Also I was trying to reach someone for help on their contact number and the number wasn't even working. I was very disappointed

        I recently applied for a Visa and I was amazed by the exceptional customer service I received. I called the consulate twice with questions and they were professional. Ghanaians are known to be welcoming and the staff at the consulate are exhibiting it. Keep up the good work for mother Ghana!
