High end store with nice looking furniture. However, horrible shipping and delivery service. To deliver 4 bar stools (online order) to an address in Ottawa, they were going to charge me $150 (Structube, free for purchase over $200, and $65 for less than $200). I opted to pick up from store, where they said the item would be received in 7-10 business days. Tenth day comes around, I call the store 5 times over the span of 3hrs (12-3pm on a friday) before they pick up the phone. Then store rep says that the item has not been received from their warehouse in Montreal. I ask for ETA, and she has no further information in her system other then its still in process of being shipped. I ask whether she can follow up with Montreal warehouse, she then kindly says she will try, however it might take her a couple days and she is not sure if she will get much more of an update.
