Very poor experience Online purchase of a bed base. Delivery completed. Instructions and screws are missing so it is impossible to assemble the furniture and ensure that I have indeed received the entire piece of furniture. Since August 28 I have been following up by emails and calls. No return with relevant information. Today is 3.5 weeks later. I read the comments on Google and I see that the after-sales service is disastrous. I am waiting for MUST to contact me to tell me where and how to obtain the missing instructions and screws. I hope I have all my pieces! Disastrous. Update: I heard from MUST. They decided to send a delivery guy with a new bed frame. They installed my bed base which I received with the screws from the new box at no charge. Well done and clean installation.

I purchased a piece of furniture last year and I also made the decision to take out the warranty which was around $400 more. I'm not normally a fan of guarantees, but I am assured that it covers all damage and that the team will come to your home with quality equipment to clean everything. Today I use the warranty for the first time. The person in charge tells me that the warranty ONLY covers stains on the seats and not the backrests? Seriously? This is completely ridiculous. Plus, he cleans the couch with the same machine I bought myself on Amazon. Honestly, this experience is very ordinary and I am extremely disappointed.

crooks.. ordered and paid online but never got the product. wrote 5x to the customer service and obviously never got a result so take heed .. they are not set up to deliver on promises (even as basic as you buy something and then they deliver it because, you know, you paid for it)
