I ordered new dining chairs which look great in my kitchen. I discovered a defect after delivery and Home Societe replaced the defective chairs without issue which I appreciated. The replacement chairs were delivered to my home in a timely manner.

Overall I had a great experience with my purchase. I was on a tight timeline to order some stools with no guarantee that I was going to get them on the tight time frame i needed them, but one of the sales consultants (Dee) really did an amazing job and helped me through the whole process. She took her time to make sure they had enough stock of the stools I was interested in, and even went the extra step of trying her best in getting the stools shipped as soon as possible from the warehouse in Montreal to Toronto. I'd say the price is pretty reasonable (not too high), and the quality is very good (the stools I got are sturdy and strong). I'd definitely recommend checking the store out and i wouldn't hesitate from buying here again.
