    Horrible experience. They told me that they would refund a table that was on backorder.. I've been waiting over a month for them to refund me and I tried calling and emailing several times a week, and yet nobody will refund me!

    Only the tables are amazing here. If the table princes are lowered a bit it would be more affordable. The quality of the beds are really poor considering the price and they need to improve on options for sofas. 8/10 for the design of the furniture considering the other options available

    Update: I have ordered 2 additional chairs on April 30 and am still waiting on them to be shipped (20 days later). Ive had to call customer service multiple times and they have not been helpful or have any update on my order. I will not be ordering from Wazo again. I've ordered so many items from here recently, based on a friends recommendation. Quality items and exceptional customer service. I will be ordering more in the future!

    The mango wood sideboard we bought was easy to assemble & looks great. They only deliver it curbside so make sure you have someone to help since its heavy. The lower star rating is because for the price they should check the quality of their products for any deficiencies before shipping. The middle drawer has 3 drill marks plus blue pen marks where it looks like they accidentally drilled the wrong holes for the metal handle and then just left the drill holes and pen marks in the middle of the drawer that faces out. We reached out and its been almost a week and no response and when we called to follow up, the guy who answered said they are backed up and then hung up while my husband was still talking. They do make beautiful products but customer service and quality assurance needs work and we are still waiting on a resolution.

    NEVER EVER BUY FROM WAZO. I wish I could give 0 stars. I rarely give reviews but our experience has been absolutely HORRIFIC with this company, I felt I had to let to let others know not to make our same mistake. We ordered a very expensive, 6 seater, wood table approximately 10 months ago. It was delivered damaged with cracks and lacquer peeling off. We were told to buy a specific stain to remedy the problem which did nothing but make it look worse. Then, over the last 9 months the table is COVERED is white spots where the lacquer is just bubbling and peeling off. We have contacted the online help, we have emailed and we have called the store several times trying to work this out. Each time we are told they have a FOURTEEN DAY return/exchange/report a problem policy. We responded by reminding Wazo that their website says they have a one year manufactures warranty on all products and the lacquer on the table peeling and bubbling within one year certainly has to be a manufacturers error. Their repetitive response has been to tell us that we had 14 days to report a problem. The table looks like absolute garbage in less than one year and they refuse to work with us to replace it. Honestly, were considering going to small claims court at this point. Its really a shame how truly terrible this companys products and customer service has been. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere. We just fairly want a replacement table after spending so much money here, I cant believe the unreasonableness.
