We used David and his team to close on our new house; there were a lot of moving parts on a tight timeline but they handled everything perfectly (including a claim we ended up having to make on the title insurance due to the previous homeowner not paying a utility bill). Competitive pricing as well. I'd definitely use them again.

Great service from David Kelman at Schwartz and Schwartz. He helped us with what we saw as a complicated real estate transaction, but walked us through it all and explained it all clearly (no legal mumbo jumbo) so we knew what we were signing.
