        I discovered MVPR during my half marathon training and wanted to treat my tightness and soreness after training and long runs. I went to Mark for Fascial Stretch Therapy and it's helped so much with faster recovery and feeling better overall. Mark is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about this field and it really shows in his work. Have been back post-marathon and definitely plan to make this a part of my regular self care routine.

        Mark and Josh are really great people. They truly value their clientele and will work at getting to the bottom of your issues. I saw Josh last week for a low back injury and the 1 session alone gave me so much movement this week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new RMT.
