        Amazing staff, very helpful, and flexible with schedules and appointments. They create an amazing environment to make one feel at home. The receptionists are very friendly. I did chiro sessions with Dr. Karthigan, he is very sincere about his clients. Knowledgeable, professional, informative, and confident in what he does. He has also been a great mentor. Last but not least their massage therapists are by far the best ones.

        I had a wonderful and insightful experience rehabilitating my shoulder muscles with Dr. Karth. He was friendly, helpful and quick to point out any issues in my shoulder and he also shared lots of useful information and sets of exercises I could do at home to continue my recovery to optimal strength and mobility. Thank you Integrated Health and Wellness, I appreciate all your ongoing help!

        The rooms and equipment are clean. Very nice staff. Great massage from May Asucena, and good physio from Nisha. Parking is challenging sometimes.
