Dr. Jaspreet Grewal doesnt care about his patient . If youre looking for an early death just book an appointment with him. Thank god majority of my family members are in medical field because we were able to review those inaccurate prescriptions

Receptionists have gotten worse over the years. The only nurse practitioner that everyone sees has since retired and honestly, do not bother going to this location anymore. They do not care about you. Theres another unison location and Keele and Rogers, receptionists are kinder and more empathetic with patients. You get treated like a person. If you can, go to a walk in clinic instead. They put you on hold for an hour and then drop the call when youre just trying to make an appointment. 0 stars if I could.

Been calling for the past 2 months about my 2yr old and kept getting told they couldn't do anything or give anything.. When I finally got fed up cause I realised no matter how much I called getting my 2 yr to actually see someone here is pointless, so I took her to a different doctor's.. Turned out she actually had an ear infection. She's been suffering because the people at Unison are so negligent. Why even have this place open if you aren't going to see patients. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIAGNOSIS OVER THE PHONE? Yall should feel ashamed of yourselves. Someone should sue yall for the way neglect your patients.

The admin staff have 0 respect and care for anyone's health. They seem to not understand what it means to need to see a doctor immediately. Not everyone can go to the emergency for medical attention. The number of times I've called them 2 minutes after opening and not been able to get an appointment is appalling. There seem to also be a large number of incompetent nurses. I've had a nurse google when I asked her what she would prescribe or recommend.
