Dr. Hale has high skills and is very precise and patient. During the four years that I have been her patient, I have seen good treatment and appropriate behavior from her and staff. The discipline and respect in azar clinic is wonderful.

I had an unfortunate experience with the clinic's receptionist. Despite calmly and clearly explaining my situation, I found the receptionist to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the call ended abruptly with no resolution. What's more concerning is that I couldn't find a direct way to communicate with the clinic's manager to report the issue. This lack of transparency makes me question the clinic's commitment to providing high-quality patient care. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's essential for a medical facility to ensure that patients are treated with care and respect. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this clinic.

Oh gosh very poor customer service,its just unbelievable how the front desk person has been hired,very rude and unprofessional and very disrespectful girl, no idea how they are managing this kind of place ? Terrible ,not recommended to good people of Toronto.

Very very very poor actually very rude customer service, specially the Asian girl on the front desk is very rude person have no idea how she has been hired in that kind of place not saying anything to the Doctors cause I haven't seen them because of the front desk,oh gosh ,I don't know who's responsible for managing that place? Not recommended sorry
