COVID-19 Assessment at Shoppers Drug Mart

I'm a regular customer of shopper's drug mart but this morning I was at this location and it is the worst experience ever. I was there around 9 am, can't find what I'm looking for so I was looking around for help but can't find anyone. After sometime I found an employee I believe he is a manager. He was so rude and obnoxious I left the store.

I'm 43 and my visit to this store is the worst shopping experience I ever had. I was in the store yesterday around 9 am, I can't find what I'm looking for so I spend 5 minutes looking for an employee to help me, there was nobody around. Finally I found an employee, I believe he is a manager. I asked him for help but he was so rude and arrogant toward me. He made me so angry I will not do any business with this store and any shopper's drug mart in the foreseeable future.

Ive been trying to explain that Im vaccinated and tried to ask if I can get tested. Rude employee didnt even listened to me and kept pushing me to hung up the call. Why do you even offer that service if you dont wanna provide that.
